BANC3 provided network and systems support to the Technical Control Facility and the Network Operations Center at the Pentagon. BANC3 provided Continuity of Operations/Disaster Recovery (COOP/DR) and Technical Support to develop and execute contingency plans. BANC3 also provided Transport Support Systems Management to maintain Local/ Metropolitan/ Wide Area Network Connectivity, as well as Storage Network Connectivity, and Point-to-Point Circuits. BANC3 developed and implemented quality control procedures to identify, prevent, and ensure non-recurrence of defective services. BANC3 supplied on-site personnel with TS/SCI and other certifications capable of network engineering, circuit activations, COMSEC, disaster recovery, and data transfer.
