Our Journey

BANC3, Inc. ("BANC3"), established in 2000, began with providing Command, Control, Communications, Computers, Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance (C4ISR) Information Technology ("IT") solutions primarily to Department of Defense (DoD). During these early years, BANC3 developed and provided powerful product solutions to various mission complex systems such as Army Battle Command, Global Command and Control System, and others.

By 2009 our DoD work expanded further, and the company began handling Research and Development ("R&D") and Product work at our sophisticated labs in Princeton, both as a service provider, and ultimately, developing certain proprietary cutting edge technologies and products as core business elements, in the areas of Space Systems and Augmented Reality products. Our R&D services expanded to most of the Army's research directorates, as well as end users. BANC3 won numerous Small Business Innovative Research Phase I and II contracts to provide hardware and software solutions for the military utilizing Mixed/Augmented Reality. During these years, BANC3 also won several large Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (ID/IQ) contracts as the Prime Contractor.

Today, BANC3 is fortunate to have talented staff, supporting a diverse set of customers that recognize BANC3 as a trusted source for using innovation to deliver reliable products and solutions. By delivering our cutting-edge technologies and solutions, we help our Department of War and other government customers better realize the benefits of technology, which will ultimately enable them to fulfill their mission objectives and achieve optimal business outcomes. This unique combination of technically adept and security-cleared employees, multiple long-term prime ID/IQ contracts with billion-dollar ceilings, and products/solutions/services has positioned BANC3 not only as a niche business but also to have sustainable and accelerated growth for years to come.
